Koç University has been ranked 52nd in the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2023

Koç University ranked 52nd and clinched the #1 position among Turkish universities in the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia University Rankings 2023.

THE World University Rankings assess universities based on selected key performance indicators that are grouped into five areas:

• Teaching (the learning environment)
• Research (volume, income, and reputation)
• Citations (research influence)
• International outlook (staff, students, and research)
• Industry income (knowledge transfer)

A total of 13 indicators are utilized to evaluate the performance of Asian universities. The latest edition of the rankings includes over 699 higher education institutions worldwide.
