As a leading academic and research institution in Turkey, Koç University must continuously address issues of diversity and multiculturalism. Every member of the university community is expected to engage in action that leads towards the development of an inclusive community. Proactive efforts towards increasing diversity and the elimination of discrimination are necessary for our university. Students who experience discrimination are urged to contact the Dean of Students Office. Faculty or staff who experience discrimination are urged to contact the Human Resources Office.
