Exam scores older than 2 years at the time of application will not be accepted. There is no time limitation on diploma grades. 2- Official High School Diploma (if available at the time of submission) 3- Official high school transcripts (or predicted high school GPA) 4- English language proficiency exam score Since English is the medium of instruction at Koç University, you should demonstrate competence in the language by submitting one of the Eligible English Proficiency Exam Score reports and sharing the electronic scores for verification. Students who submit a valid English Proficiency Exam Result and/or students who completed the last 3 years of high school education in a country where the official language is English (as recognized by the Turkish Higher Education authorities) will be exempted from attending the English Language Center (ELC) and will directly begin their undergraduate courses. The Medicine program at Koç University

About the program
- Duration: 6 years
- Language of instruction: English but students are required to learn Turkish to a B1 level by the end of the 1st year (Freshman year) and to a C1 level by the end of the third year (Pre-clinical Year 2) to be able to interact with patients and be allowed to enroll in Clinical Year 1 courses.
- Degree awarded: Medical Doctor diploma (MD)
- Recognition of the degree abroad: Koç University School of Medicine is included in the approved schools’ lists of ECFMG (for USA Clinical Master applications), California Medical Board, and GMC (for UK Clinical Master applications).
