Overview
This work focuses on developing bioconjugate modified screen-printed carbon electrode as an electrochemical immunosensor for the label-free detection of human immunoglobulin G (hIgG). To selectively detect immunoglobulin G, the anti-hIgG antibody with high affinity to hIgG is conjugated with the AuNP and they were deposited screen-printed carbon electrode. The [Fe (CN)6]4-/3- redox probe is applied to measure hIgG through the immunocomplex formation that is quantitatively related to the level of the cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy results.
