Feel free to include as many referees as you’d like. Your referee(s) will receive an email from Koç University requesting them to complete a recommendation form. It’s advisable to remind them well in advance to ensure ample time for preparing their recommendation letters. These letters can be written in either English or Turkish. You’ll be able to track whether your referees have submitted their recommendations through your online application, and they will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission. A motivation letter must be added to your application. This section aims to introduce your background and support your application. In short, it aims to answer the question below: Write clearly and logically: always remember that how you write and present yourself says a lot about you. You should write your motivation letter in English and ensure no grammatical errors or typos. Always remember: plagiarism will mean an automatic rejection. Before uploading this document, ask yourself: could this have been written by anyone other than me? If the answer is yes, then go back and revise. Some points that may help you tackle this section:

Career opportunities
Our undergraduate program is flexible enough to give students freedom to choose their courses in which they can prepare themselves for their post-graduate life. This could be a Ph.D. study in pure or applied mathematics, or a somewhat related field such as computer science, economics, or industrial engineering.
If the student would like to enter the public or private sector immediately after graduation, we note that our program is diverse and well-balanced enough to give them an edge in the constantly changing demands of the work life.
