Committed to being a top program worldwide, the Biomedical Sciences and Engineering programs at Koç University are run jointly at the same campus, by the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, and the Graduate School of Health Sciences. The program is open to applications from students with different disciplines, which include basic sciences (chemistry, physics, and biological sciences) engineering (chemical, mechanical and electrical engineering), medicine and related health sciences programs and provide them with the vision, knowledge, and tools to become future leaders in this field.

As a THESIS Master program, this program automatically awards full scholarships to admitted students.
Programme structure
The M.S. Program with Thesis option requires that the students successfully complete a minimum of 21 credits with 7 courses.
In addition to course work, students are engaged in thesis research. Every student is supervised by an advisor.
In addition to the credit courses and thesis, students must complete the non-credit courses; BMSE 590 Seminar, ENGL 500 Graduate Writing and TEAC 500 Teaching Experience.
