In March of 2020 the world was rocked as a global pandemic was declared due to the SARS-COVID-19 virus. This project explores the relationship of brand advertising messages and the pandemic as a potential influence on socially responsible health behaviors (social distancing, mask wearing, and hand washing). Can advertising play a role in encouraging desirable COVID-19 health behaviors and promote consumer welfare?
